Am gopal, my mobile no registered with jd is [protected]. I have paid rs 17, 700 for the advertisement of my company star finance in jd.

I have paid the amount in dec 2019 itself, but still my add is not yet live in jd.
When i asked the activation department, they are not giving proper reason.

Can some one look into this urgently and resolve.

If my add is not going to be live, please revert my payment rs 17700/_
