[Resolved] JustDial.com — payment misappropriated and no invoice/receipt given

Our firm apex legal ([protected]) is listed on justdial.com under lifetime plan (10 years plan). But since queries were less, the relationship manager ms. Ritika arora and amit negi asked me to upgrade the plan and insisted upon payment of additional rs. 29500 (Including gst to upgrade the plan).

Hoping better services, i had made payment of rs. 29500 on 12 may 2018 but surprisingly i was not given a receipt or invoices for the same till date.

Also, services have not been upgraded despite repeated calls and reminders

We had made payment expecting upgrading of services and better inquiries but the inquiries have altogether stopped and we are getting inquiries in only 2-3 areas.

I have got invoice from justdial.com today dated 6 june 2018. The invoice is forwarded to me Ms. Ritika Arora but i am awaiting the same to be reflected in my justdial.com which i believe would be done sooner too. Thanks
