I have booked a Hotel room A/c on 10th of June 2019 in their hotel website @ www.gayathrilodge.com at Thirukadaiyur (Nagapattianam). A sum of Rs.1200 paid through online and acknowledgement has came to my mobile no [protected] which was as follows: "Thank you, your payment of Rs.1200.00 is processed successfully at Gayathri Lodge. Transaction ID #CP[protected]OMV3N (Time 4.15 pm) While I was trying to confirm the booking from the in charge of hotel (Mob No:[protected])and he says he has not received the money and he told that without money receipt he won't book the room. Later while searching my bank statement through online, it was highlighted that a reference no: OTHPG526133 justdial.com was there against my payment of Rs.1200. Payment was configured by Just Dial in their website, My question why my money was not transferred to M/s Gayathrilodge account. To confirm the same contacted Just dial on 12th evening at 17.30 hrs, they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@justdial.com. Requesting you to arrange a A/C ROOM against the marked date in the application form at M/s Gayathrilodge, as the payment was received by you.
