Hi,
I had enrolled my business into justdial.com and executive suggested me to go for annual payment plan and i did it. this happend during last Dec 2022. since then i didnt see any business benefit / ROI. hence decided to cancel my subscription. when i reached to executive he was saying that they cannot process the refund and i have to complete this annual subscription plan. it was not communicated to me when i was told for annual subscription. when i take this issue to Regional manager even the regional manager is also talking like a dictator. This is how justdial responding to customer? this is really annoying. Could you please process the refund and deduct the payment on prorated basis?
