[Resolved] JustDial.com — Renewal of contract without consent and charging using ECS | |||
I have not confirmed the renewal of my contract after the expiry of the contract with JustDial. Once JustDial representative came to my Singar Academy, Trichy office and convinced me for my business listing contract. I also said ok and found shocked seeing the contract is for life time and only JustDial can cancel without mutual consent. I said I won't accept for this and send him. Later another representative came with the same contract to my another office Singar Academy, Chennai and he told and convinced me that the contract is just for one year. I reconfirmed this incident and signed with the representative in Chennai for Singar Academy, Trichy and Chennai. After the expiry of one year I got a call from JustDial for renewal but I said not to renew. Despite that I got a mail stating as per telephonic conversation ECS will continue. I shocked and took the matter to Customer Care Chennai. Later ECS for Singar Academy, Chennai only was de-listed but Singar Academy, Trichy was still in listing and my Bank was debited. I thought deactivate ECS through online and compliant, but I got the mail as per request the email ID is updated that was not requested at all rather my request was cancellation of ECS. Again I contacted customer care, but the representative told me that call back will be arranged. When I enquired what was the expected time frame for call back stating that in a teacher and will be in the class room where mobile not allowed. But the time not stated properly after lots of compulsion I got tentative time frame. I requested one of colleague to attend the phone if I were in class room. I got the call but spam numbers blocked by true caller. Again I uninstalled true caller and requested once again today at 2.30 p.m for call back stating the issue. Despite the assurance, I did not get the call back waited once again as a fool cheated. I told clearly to stop my renewal in phone, in mail ([protected]@justdial.com) (refer trailing mail). No response for the mail but stating that my ECS will be cancelled only a written document is filled and submitted only after attending telephonic call. Chennai listing as far as my concern, quite reasonable deactivated my ECS by Chennai JustDial but Trichy listing which is handled by Coimbatore customer care is dragging the issue, irritating, bullying me instead of fair trade practice. I scared to come back to JustDial. I want to make such an issue happening to all the divisions of customer care. Most of the placed, if first level customer care does not satisfy, there will be higher level customer support may exist for escalation. Here that facility also does not exist.
