Though Arasu Academy, Madurai is an existing customer, I am getting more frequent marketing calls than enquiries to my mobile numbers [protected] & [protected]. Even after posting my repeated complaints.
Getting an elusive response from Justdial saying that your TMEs & MEs might have contacted me for renewal. Very sarcastic, how can you call me for renewal ? When we had completed all payment & ECS formalities for 1 year.
In case if I am going to receive any more marketing calls from any of your TMEs or MEs - Kindly treat this communication as a notice that I will "Withdraw the ECS" mandate issued to Justdial.
I request anyone from the responsible person (Customer care Manager) to respond. Out of my experience, I feel that customer care executives need some more expertise in solving customer grievances rather than at that time reply.
