After opening a veterinary clinic, i uploaded ad on just dial. Within few days a rep from just dial appeared on doorstep explaining about all the offer and charges to promote the clinic. They used to show so many people visited the site got your number but barely few people called. After * months my business did not run as expected and i wanted to take down paid ad. I called just dial to stop sending ecs mandate to my bank. Raised request but they keep transferring my call from one department to other. It has been over six months now, i have not been confirmed about my stoppage of ecs mandate. Bank is still charging me. Was this information helpful? | |||
