[Resolved] — Service related

Recently I was buy package of just dial
they were comitted package will start first 2 advance payment but my emi start within 10 days I contacted to his customer care executive they told me first 2 advance payment adjust in last time of payment they are not solved this problem
that means fraud selling by just dial

I have complaint about ECS stop but they are forcefully not stopping the ECS & tring to ignoring the customer. every month they are charging 1800 without any reason. Pathetic service Provider means Just dial
