Updated by CJoseph No proper information ws given to me abt the policies even wen i proactively asked them in the begining and now they say that i shud hav read the policy n its not their mistake.. I need a solution, i didnt get proper service from
justdial to my business n im not happy wit the charges ive paid to
justdial.. initially i paid 4.5k n now cheque bounce charges 1500+, i need my money back coz wen i cald
justdial i didnt get a proper response from
justdial rep n they sounded like "Paying to
justdial is like throwing a coin in ocean, yo cant get it back"
Wen i askd
justdial to stop the ECS, They should hav stopd it or done something to solve my prob but none did their job

Im sure yo guys hav read the complaint online on consumer complaint portal and im tired of explaining again n again.. il keep it short now.
I didnt get proper service from
justdial hence i had requested to stop the ECS But it wsnt stopd hence i had a cheque bounce charges of 1500+ on my acc.. i spoke to yor jstdial rep ovr the phone n they told me tat i shud hav informed 3mnths in prior to stoping the ECS (Tiz was nt told to me evn wen i proactively asked yor rep in the begining) and tiz cannot be my fault. I hav spent more than 6k on yo guys so that i can hav some peofit but i havnt earned even a penny frm the leads yo provided. Initially i askd yor rep to nly waive the cheque bounce charges and they refused n they made me lose my temper vch i nvr wish to.. Now i need my money back which i initially paid i, e 4.5k as 2mnths charges n the cheque bounce charge of 1500+
My only concern was abt the cheque bounce charges in the begining but yor reps didnt do their jobs properly evn aftr me calling yo guys multiple times n forced me to tak dese steps nw.. i need all my money back vch i lost wit yo guys n coz of yo guys.

justdial til now.. their feedback email id os also fake i believe coz im getting nly error while sending them emails.. tried multiple times but its same.
While jst looking the complaints on
justdial. Bloody Hell, most of the complaints on
Justdial is about ECS money deduction only.
Is there no solution for tiz or what?

Updated by CJoseph Yesterday i got a call from
Justdial to just inform me that they cant do anything and there is no refund.. My quesn was Why the ### dey cald me when they dont want to do anything.. I havent received any call or email with regards to my complaint till now.
Few days before i got a call from some number saying that he is from
Justdial n calling me to refund my money back. Tat
person dont speak english or any other language apart from some unknown language.. I was able to manage to talk to him a little bit however he startd asking my card numbr to process refund, i askd him y card numbr n exp date required to process refund as they alrdy hav my acc details but he answered something which i ws not able to understand so i gav him card details later i found out he was trying to charge my acc, to scam me as i received OTP for the transaction and i startd 2 quesn him n he disconnected the call.. I have no idea what was happening.
Hi there All.. Please dont give out card details coz scammers are everywhere.
Justdial, i have no words to explain hoe pathetic your service is.

Justdial and they nly asked for my Email id, i gave them n they told, email id is enough and wil get back to me.
I have a slightest doubt that
Justdial would have changed the status as RESOLVED.
What about othr complaints which shows as RESOLVED.. Is it really resolved or some scam on that as well
