On date 28.9.22 a call came to me regarding b2b service and fixed a appointment on date 30.9.22 with a executive Mr.Vivek ([protected]) at my place he explained a plan to me.i had choosed a national listing plan for which I paid 2 months deposit 7080 inclusive of GST.after that my 1st ECS was debited on 12.10.22 of Rs 3540 after that 2nd ecs debited on 10.11.22 after 2 days debition of my 2nd ecs I was not happy with the services provided by justdial and called justdial they convinced me to take a Karnataka state plan leaving national listing again on date 17.11.22 Mr Vivek have come to my premises and explained a plan of Karnataka listing I had agreed for that and paid 4720 as cash told me that every month rs 4720 will be debited as ECS mandate again on date 1.12.22 rs 8259 debited then I called mr.vivek, Ms Indira, Ms stefy (manager) no body responded me at call then I visited to the premises but they told me that there is server error of all Justdial panindia
I request Justdial team to revert my full amount refund of 27139 Rs which was debited because not a single customer attended and I got service from 14.10.22 to 20.11.22 for 1 month and 7 days so I request Justdial team to revert my amount ASAP Was this information helpful? |
