Dear Justdial team, My name is DKRay, Director of CloudNet Institute of Information Technology Pvt Ltd. I have paid listing in justdial.com, this listing place in January 2020 and all ready completed our services term. I have written several email to stop ECS deduction from my account but still there is no confirmation to stop our ECS. From this forum I'm again requesting you kindly stop our ECS Deduction and send a confirmation email. I'm using JD since 2012 this one the most bad experience with Justdial team. If there will be no confirmation from your side then I'll be file a fraud case against just dial limited by Monday in civil court.
