I am the owner of a Dental clinic in Gurgaon and a very very frustrated customer of just dial have repeatedly called your service providers to request them to close my ECS as it’s been more than 3-4 months and my clinic has received nothing but senseless and waste leads.
I 1st called on the 1st of July, they registered my complaint and asked me to call back after 25 days as that is the process. They also ensured me that right on the 25th day after they receive my call my ECS would be stopped.
I started calling from the 26th Day, I have repeatedly called more than 10-11 times a day it’s been 5 working days that I have been calling, each and every time the customer care people say the ECS department is not a available, we will arrange a call back within 24-48 hrs. It has been almost 3 times 48hrs and I have not received a call back.
I want to know what do I need to do or what level do I need to go to to stop my ECS! Is just dial really a company who cannot survive without Rs 1800?
I HAVE A CONTRACT FROM JUST DIAL WHICH SAYS THAT THE ECS WOULD BE STOPPED POST 25 DAYS!!
I want to know on what basis have you faultered to follow through your own contract!?
If a customer is not happy with your services, she/he is not happy!!! Forcing a customer to stay by not cancelling his/her ECS, is by far the worst low a company can stoop!
If my ECS is not stopped and I do not recieve a confirmation from my bank sayng so, I will personally ensure that this matter does not end at all..
This is just blatantly sick and horrifying how this company is stealing from its customers and defaulting on their signed contracts.
