Hi, I am manju laguri from chennai. I had registered my makeup business as mehak makeup mantra in dec 2018 in just dial. I gave the ecs mandate for the deduction of rs 3540 /- and the amount has been deducted from my account 5th of every month. At the time of business registration, it was not told by just dial that ecs will be auto renewed after 1 year. Just dial didn't inform even after one year i. E. On dec'19 about the continuation of ecs payment. It came to my notice in the month of feb 2020 when an another representative of just dial visited my house to pitch for another business model of just dial. I requested just dial to cancel the ecs immediately on 5th march 2020. I received a return email from ms. Shobana s of just dial stating that representative will call me and resolve the issue. The representative of just dial told that it will take 45 days to stop the ecs since the approval has to come from mumbai office of just dial. Even after confirmation of stoppage of ecs by just dial, the amount is deducted for may 2020. Logically, just dial should not have deducted the money for this month. Again, i requested on 6th may'20 to stop the ecs and in return i received an automated email on 10th may'20 that i will be contacted soon by support team. Till today (16th may), neither i received call from just dial nor i got mail about cancellation of ecs. I request all the persons who have registered their business - "read between the lines before registering business with just dial". I hereby request the complaint handling team to resolve this issue.
