[Resolved]  JustDial.com — They are enabling a platform some fraudsters and scammers to sell their services

I have raised a complaint on Oct 22 2015 saying that the contact i got through Just dial services for Roy home care services at Medavakkam is cheating me and not returning my money of 8000 rs. They called and tried to mediate but in vein si they said they will block the account and to my surprise i find the listing active in Jan 2016.
Now i realise Justdial wants to thrive on having these scamsters as their business leads but not negotiate at the time of fraud and help their customer
