[Resolved] JustDial.com — They are not stopping ECS

I have requested to stop my ecs but they are not stopping infact, they are not even bothered, when i call them they transfer from one desk to other then a reply comes that ecs dept is busy now will call u later but no one calls, atlast when i called they asked me to send a mail but even the mail has been returened saying they are undergoing changes... They should be punished
