JustDial.com — wrong information, service issue and stop of ecs payment | |||
This is to inform our classes is verified with just dial. Your executive mr punnet visited our classes couple of time in the month of december, while getting registered with just dial he had committed following things. 1) every week just dial will share me 6 leads. (Leads shared with us are all use less, when we called the leads shared by you they say we have not inquired anything for classes, some of numbers do not exist, some people are asking for jobs. We have not registered with you for getting this type of leads. We have mentioned our category clearly with you.) 2) we can invite our contacts to rate our classes. (But when i am sending this request to my contact there are not able to do rating, we personally rated from the request it is showing thank you for your rating, but i am not able to see in my page. We have been calling mr punnet from last one week but he is not coming to our classes to clear the issue. He is just saying he would be coming tomorrow from last one months. 3) while finalizing the registration process, mr punnet told we have to pay rs 3000 + gst total amount rs 3540 per month and also we need to give ecs form along with that, which you can make stop payment within a month time if we are not satisfied with the services. So we issued cheque on 21 december 2019 along with ecs form, mr punnet informed us your next ecs will reflect in bank next month of 20 january 2020, and if you want stop ecs you can give a letter to bank to stop ecs. But yesterday 10 january 2020 ecs came to bank and my account got debited. Without any advance intimation from just dial, when i called mr punnet he said he forgot to inform me that 1st ecs will reflect in my account on 10 january 2020, so the ecs got cleared from my bank. He further advised me to continue using service for 1 month since amount is debited and give a letter to bank to stop further ecs which will reflect in my bank between 8 feb - 10 feb. We hereby want to highlight that since the amount has been debited forcefully and without any intimation. Customer care executive told us that we cannot stop ecs payments, if you have got any wrong information kindly contact executive (Mr punnet) who visited you, and ask him for refund because they cannot stop ecs payment neither they can initiate refund. So we hereby request you to kindly initiate refund for ecs amount debited in our account. And hence forth not to debit any amount further, as we are not at all satisfied with services provided by you till date and also false commitment given by your executives. So we don 't wish to continue with the service further. After writing 3 mails to just dial there is no response. There executive mr puneet is also not answering call, 15 days back he told you have given payment to just dial not me, so please contact customer care.
