Contacted JD for the national-based lead-providing service. One of the JD executives gave me the wrong package and took the money. It's been now 15 to 20 days and I am chasing the JD marketing executive they are not even bothered to take my calls. In a day I am calling that executive at least 10 times and I am also calling the customer executive for the same, Every different executive has different answers to the same query I have. They have taken the money and no one bothered to take care of the issue.
when I asked the marketing person to give the national based service they provided me with the Delhi NCR package and they are saying that now you have to give an extra amount for the same to start getting leads.
I also told them to change the package to Delhi NCR and give the leads but they are not bothered to take care of the case. I had a word with the marketing manager or marketing head and he was also trying to trick me saying that sir you have to pay extra for the Delhi NCR and then we will provide leads for both Delhi and national.
A big company with having so many fraud people around. how can it function like this?
