Your customer field agent ramesh kumar shukla (Mobile no [protected]) had given me bad word and threatens me that he works for just dial and he can anything to ruin me. Is that the authority you had given him? How he can use your brand name and give us bad words? Are you training people to such extent? In my opinion he must be terminated and not give any compensation to understand and regret for this act.
