I am a yoga studio owner. Since march, we are shut due to covid. Still jd was collecting ecs. I applied for stopping it and got reply mail, that it will be stopped only for june. But still they cut my ecs. Pooja mozar was handling this issue. When i placed a customer care complaint, i got an arrogant call back, who not just was clueless but so arrogant as to say"go and do whatever you want". " go and complain anywhere.
