[Resolved] JustDial.com — breach of trust by your officials who promised something and suck money from customers | |||
Dear customer team, Good afternoon! Thanks to ms. Rachel for her efforts to make some official to meet me though the planned officials (Mr. Sandeep/sandip) was not available and none of the other officials are really keen to spare their time with customer. At appears as though to just have discussion from someone in the team, ms puja spent time and discussed with her about the issue. It is shocking that all the officials from just dial like kiran, and few others as if they met me in person and discussed though none of the official from justdial team met me till date from the contact discussions and after contract is signed except one person (Not sure of the name) who came to just take my signature and ecs documents. This clearly reflects the integrity of the officials as how they are cheating the customer as well as justdial organisation. Without even meeting the customer / or discussing with the customer they are just updating their internal reports and systems. This is very very serious concern and worrying part for both customers and justdial as there is no mechanism and process in place to validate the reports by the justdial officials. Again, looking at the process it clearly reflects about the ethics of the individuals and how they manipulate the reality to their convenience. I can feel the atmosphere during my stay at justdial office of 1.30 hours that to what extent they care about the customer who advertise with your organisation and how cheaply they value the customer... It has also become evident that there is no mechanism for the customers to reach your officials, there is no process by justdial as to how and who will monitor the mails received at "[protected]@justdial.com" after hearing from ms. Puja whom i met today that in an ideal scenario that the mails/complaints will be attended in 48 hours.. Unfortunately, in our case it was more than 45 days now and for at least 20 to 25 mails/complaints not even once the complaints were acknowledged or resolved with in the specified time by your official ms. Puja. Also, can i beg you to provide the incharge of bangalore justdial organisation and their coroprate office incharge so that i can raise my concerns with them directly instead of this useless one mail id "[protected]@justdial.com" which is never paid attention by your customer care?
