[Resolved] JustDial.com — continuously calling from august to stop ecs but still deducting amount even after 3 months | |||||
I accepted a package of 6 months from justdial. A representative mr satyajeet jadhav initialized ecs and told me that this package is for 6 months to continue it, we call you.in 7th month i found deduction from my account. As i didnt get any business from justdial, i dialed [protected] and informed her to stop ecs as soon as possible. Alady told me that in this month your money will deduct and from next month it will stop. After three month when i got my bank statement i found deduction for sep, oct, nov and dec. What is this? Before a week, i called[protected] to refund my payment and stop ecs as soon as possible. That lady told me, "you will receive a call for confirmation". Next day, i received a call from from akshay who was giving information about the last 6 months report and how i can handle dashboard, importance of just dial bla bla bla."
