JustDial.com — deducting money 31500 for package and gives wrong information about package and not start plan for which money deducted

Before 2 month jd sales person deduct 13600 amount for a package of manesar and the package information which tell me is not match actual and i said many times sales person but he not respond me after many time he comes and show me some new package and charge again 17700 from me and after 15 days my package situation is not clear so the sales person fraud 2 times and now my money is not refund by him and i bear loss on daily basis
So plz do needful
