[Resolved] JustDial.com — ecs mandate and closure of account

Just dial services was requested to close my account as it has not been lucrative at all. But they straight away refuse to help. They have refused to close the account

Their customer care executives are very rude and have threatened that they don't care about customer complaints or consumer court and customers can do whatever legal action they want because just dial pays no heed and is not scared of legal actions.

They refuse to accept closure requests, they refuse to discontinue irrespective of pathetic services that they provide.
They even charge huge amount of money for a change of plan but no change is made.

It is a total fraud service and just a money looting agency.

Updated by Astha Gill I had a word with their customer service executive today- 9.11.2018 and was told that the account closure requests are not taken. they do not accept account closure requests and we have to continue paying irrespective of their useless services .
