Hi All,

I am Shilpa Vinkar (Jadhav), I registered my business Floraison-Makeup Studio on just dial in Sep 2018. As per the executive that visited me (named Ravi), I can avail the facility (get leads) on a payment of 3261 Every Month/- if require you can cancel the membership if need arise.

I have shared two scenarios below:

Whenever I raised the complaints, every time i have to repeat the situation and the conversation use to end up by we will discuss the issue with management and let you know. Most important they never reply to your emails.

Very first, I raised the issue of Fake Leads, where is used to receive a calls and people use to abuse me. Even I have got a call around 11.45 pm.
and when i discussed the issue with JD executive they told me that all calls we received where for makeup but they did not notice that i have mentioned my business hours from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm., still the calls used to route to me. After contacting them for several time and after no resolution, I asked them to stop the service. But fortunately, they managed to solve the issue which took a week for them.

2nd scenario, currently i am facing some maternity problem, wherein I cannot travel. I request the team to hold the service for a year. As it will be loss for me investing Rs.3261/ every month. I have raised the issue to Just dial 20 days ago, and it was informed to me that Ms. Sushma Pawar will contact me as she knows my history very well. I waited for 2 weeks for her call and suddenly i receive another call on 10 Dec, 18. Again i repeat the same story, the lady told me that if you need to cancel the service it will take 45 days. This means they will take 2-3 weeks to call back (Take followup) and on top of that i will have to wait for 45 days to process the request, and till that time Rs. 3261 will keep debiting from my account. Ass expected she told me that she will discuss the issue with the management and let me by tomorrow, means on 11 Dec, 2018. Unfortunately no call back yet.

Looking at the services they provide is quite annoying and decided to deactivate the service permanently. We believe spend money for business not to keep contacting their customer services executive.

Hello Team,

Thanks A lot. I will wait for their response. I just hope they will not deduct my ECS on 15 Dec, 18 that is tomorrow and if they did, I would request them to refund it.
