Still thay are deductig ecs from my account. They are not ready to stop the ecs nor providing the services, you are kindly look into the matter and do the need. On the follwing matter

This is in reference to the conversation held with mr vikas (Sr. Sales manager) on saturday dated 13 oct 2018. He said there was no fixed position available for my main key words "tally training institute" in kharar n landran but as per mr. Harman n jyoti thay had provide us (Rana accounting services) fixed position contract for all my key words, which was totally wrong, because i had clearly told my requirement when jyoti mam continually called me for top fixed position contact. But when we had made the payment for same top fixed position contract, thay (Jyoti/harman) had very cleverly changed the position from top to 5th of my key-words n no fixed position provide in my main key word if no fix position available at the time contract why jyoti n harman hide all these things from us, why thay not told us about these things. These types of fake commitments harming the credibility of just dial, this is the third time when justdial team done fake commitment with us. Still we want to continue the contract if you are ready to provide us 1st, 2nd or 3rd (Fixed) positions for my main key-word (Tally training institute) in kharar and landran and remain the same fixed position in other keywords, if you don't have the fixed position for my main keyword "tally training institute" please refund my amount... Immediately

this is inform to you that nobody ready to stop this contract Mr. Vikas (Sales Manager) said customer care will stop and Customer Care & all other staff said Mr. Vikas will stop this contact. regarding this matter i am continuously requesting through mails and calls at customer care
and sale/ marketing staff but result is still zero . i had send the following mail to chd customer care and other staff members but no reply received yet.
you are requested kindly do the needful

This is in reference to the conversation held you on dated 18.10.2018(with Shivani-ecs department / Jyoti/Harman and customer care department ) all were said that only Mr. Vikas can stop this contract/ECS . so we are requesting you kindly stop this contact, as you know very well, this contract not as committed by Jyoti and Mr. Harman (you can verify call recording of Jyoti ), so you are requested kindly stop this contract with immediate effect and stop deducting ECS from my account,
and refund my money back.

We are very thankful to you regarding this, but sorry to saying that, we are not satisfied as the resolution provided by just dial, as we had also many time request to just-dial customer care team to stop this contract/and deduction of ECS. Finally thy had agree to stop with notice period and thy confirmed on dated 27.11.2018 our contract stop and thy clearly mention in his msg "As per your instruction, ECS of your contract for the amount of Rs. 2122/- has been Stopped and same will not get debited from 19.12.2018, but meanwhile Mr. Vikas fraudly again activate my contract without my consent ( i had not singn any ECS form for this, but i had received mail from JUST-DIAL that your First ECS of Rs 2314.00 will hit as soon as mandated get processed from your Bank account. Subsequently, all other ECS will hit your accounts as per the debit/selective ECS date, on same date i had take up this issue with customer care and Mr. Vikas they said ok, your contract is stop . after then i had received attached mail form just dial . Sir i am requesting you kindly, instruct them to stop this contract . we don't want to deal any more with just dial.
