[Resolved]  JustDial.com — fraud company enlisted

Called up just dial for assistance in locating a transportation company to shift my household goods. One dwarkadhish dhish transport rep called up through them, fixed a deal and took a certain advance. However, they never revert to pick my stuff which is still laying in Srinagar and had switched off their mobile. When I contacted just dial, they just say their consumer redressal section is busy and they will revert. I have left the count of calls I have made to just dial. The amount was transferred in a bank account hence traceable but the on us lies with just dial also who are acting so irresponsible. At first instance when u are disclosing the details of any consumer to such companies, u r playing with the safety of the individual too .most importantly, people call u up with good faith of getting genuine companies and not any fraud.and if at all, something goes wrong, the consumer redressal section of just dial should come up and take necessary action to settle the issue which they have miserably failed to do.
