[Resolved] JustDial.com — fraud in ecs system | |||||
We got registered our business jade fashion boutique in the month of aug 17. After sometime, we decided to stop our ecs to just dial due to some internal policy change. We requested to stop ecs immediately. They said they had taken request for the same and confirmed that after 3 more ecs, new presentation would be stopped. It was suppossed end on 2nd of april 18. During the same time around, we got reminder mail from justdial for contract expiry. As we didnt any idea about of continuing, we didnt do any mail to continue our contract. However, on 5th of april, ecs had been presented, and the amount was debited. When i called customercare, he replied with irresponsibility saying we would have reminded them again before last ecs to stop presenting ecs. While we get reminding of expiration of our contract on end and we dont reply to reply to renewal of contract, does it mean that we dont want to continue our contract? Inother word, if the contract is over, we dont pay, will they continue our contract? Just dial is making business person fools and cheating them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
