I have been wrongly informed by the executive ranjeet who came to signe the contract. I asked him strictly about ecs cancellation if not satisfied. He told just send a mail & call him. It will be cancelled immediately. When i was not satisfied with the service. I did what he told to cancel the ecs then i have been told the procedure is of 90days from costumer care.& when i call costumer care to complaint they also disconnect the call.in this month 4th time i am getting esc in bank. My balance went -. I didn't get a single call from any costumer.& not single lead properly.& what ever some call i am getting is from other marketing company like quicker etc. This is a big fraud company don't signe this company. I request to call back from marketing manager. I mailed many time but no response. They don't bothered about the costumer. They call 10 times a day before signing a contact. After that we have to call them 20 times a day but no response Was this information helpful? | |||
