I am a medical shop owner. On may 1st one of our customer paid some of rs31000 using via jdpay app. Unfortunately that amount still not credited in to our account. But it is debited to that customer account. Last three days many times i have inform to just dial customercare number, but still there is no currect information from customercare team.
