[Resolved] JustDial.com — leads phone number hidden even for paid subscribed businesses | |||||
I have subscribed for a monthly package of rs.2350 in Just dial effective from July 3rd 2018 . Even after subscribing for paid package they have not given leads phone number.. For most of the searches done by customers they have sent the email id alone or just an option to send SMS to customers /leads. The Marketing dept or the customer care have not explained the reason for masking the phone number .After repeated calls and mails finally they have replied that if the contract has less than 65% B2B categories then phone number will not reflect. They have not explained what is B2b and it is their their sales executive who chooses the category and position and it cannot be edited in my login. Now they say the contract is for less than 65% B2b The customer Care 88888888 makes us to wait for hours, .. I have proof of spending more than an hour waiting for the customer care They say the line is not free and hence had to wait.. Please someone suggest as to what has to done.
