[Resolved] JustDial.com — my listing | |||
I listed my business in dec 17 and now i want to shift the location of the business which may take 6 months in shifting completely. I had made this very clear before signing up for yearly contract. I also made it clear that if i dont benefit from the listing i will cancel, to which the jd agent said... Yes anytime.. Just give a call. I have not got a single customer from just dial. The leads are very few and also irrelevant and sometimes bogus. Even after repeated requests jdl has not cancelled my listing. They have in fact forcefully deducted ecs amount from my account. As a customer i am not happy and want to discontinue the listing, to which just dial team is not responding and also they are extremely rude and unprofessional. How can they a force a custyomer to take thier services. Anyways they have taken advance payment for 3 months which they will not refund. How can they deduct ecs despite my clear instructions for not doing so. Highly unprofessional and cheats. Was this information helpful? | |||
