[Resolved] JustDial.com — no activation of leads after renewal of contract until 15-20 days | |||
Hello, I have a paid listing on just dial in the name of pooja a shah & associates. I had asked for change in tenure of my profile on 5th june, 2018. I have sent a mail to [protected]@justdial.com on 5th june. There were two profiles live on your web page in my name. I had even asked to keep any one active as it creates confusion for us & the users. The changes i asked for took almost two weeks to be updated.in the meanwhile the backend team had removed the ca category from my profile. When i asked the mumbai manager head ms divya why has this happened her reply to me was cause its the system requirement to check the credentials and then update the ca category. I already have given my certificate of practice to the backend team december 2017. What sort of service is this??? This is the time when i have major business opportunity and my listing was no where visible in the ca search. This same thing of removal of ca category had happened when i had updated my contract in march 2018. It was removed when it was a business season for us. At present all the leads i get does not have phone numbers of the prospective customer. The just dial app also does not reflect the numbers.in fact the previous leads which i received few days back also now no longer has phone numbers displayed against their names. These are the customers which were marked as follow up in my app. How do i follow up with them without their numbers been displayed??? I have already sent screenshot of this problem to the customer service team. I have called them so many times. There is no revert. They put the call on hold and then disconnect. I have been following up with ms divya. She initially was enthusiastic to solve the problem. But after following up with her for 3 days she seems to have lost interest and has requested my partner to not send her the same problem again and again. I really dont understand what sort of work culture does your organisation have? I am attaching a screen shot of the above conversation for reference. Yesterday someone from the customer service department called me and promised to resolve the issue and give a call back by today 11 am. I guess her and my clock does not work on the same time zone. Nobody absolutely nobody in the organisation is ready to take the responsibility of this entire mess that is been happening in my profile. I dont wish to continue my contract anymore. I demand a refund of the pending amount and also a compensation of the business loss and the mental harassment that is been caused to me and my partner. Whoever is responsible for this, kindly give me a call on [protected].
