[Resolved] JustDial.com — not closing our contract and ecs is deducting | |||||
My Company name Innovision Web Solutions. We have taken 3540 rs monthly plan of Just dial on 28 september 2018. At that time their executive told that it is one year contract and after 1 year it will be closed. if you want to stop it before 1 year, you have to give information before 3 month. Now when i sent Just dial mail that i do not want contract to continue and stop it. They called and told i can not do so. After 1 year i will have to send me written mail and call then they will close after some time. Means they will deduct some more ECS. ECS means automatically every month 3540 rs will be deducted from your bank account. JUST Dial want that i call or mail them after 1 year so that they take more time and deduct more ECS and continue contract. My Request is take action for this and close my contract as soon as possible. Why they not closing it Was this information helpful? | |||||
