[Resolved]  JustDial.com — Not receiving any messages related to IELTS and PTE

Hi Team,
I am an old member of justdial.com. I took a subscription few months ago from executive Rahul. I was promised of getting enquiries related to IELTS, PTE and Spoken English classes from them but still i am not receiving any messages except Spoken English classes. I informed Rahul regarding same. He asked for some time stating that my queries shall be entertained soon but that also took a weeks time.Later he provided me an accountant (Megha) contact number to resolve my query. I informed her my issue and she also requested for some time and assured me that i will receive a call from her after an hour. I haven't receive any call yet. I again called Rahul and Megha several times but they didn't attend my call. What is the service are they providing? This is harassment only. I am forced to discontinue with my subscription. I do not want to continue with the services now. Please refund my money.
