Dear Concern, We have taken justdial account from Amit Raj - on 23 April and made the Payment thru Online/NEFT. Payment Id is "JDPY-MACC5014714" Now looking to discontinue the contract with immediate effect. Issues are mentioned below. 1) Customer Service team is rediculess and harash the customer like anything and not been able to connect with person who sold the contract. 2) Made the payment online with GST - Followed multiple time for bill but still not received the updated bill for GST benefits. 3) Committed the 5-7 searches/query/enquiry on daily basis. but fact is not even a single. Note : ECS should not been deducted from my account. please cancel my contract and reversed the remaining balance amount.
