[Resolved] JustDial.com — rude behaviour, and cheating | |||
Hi, Myself ranjan kumar, director of rkvity classes pvt ltd, have registered my company profile with just dial.in the month of april 2019, my ecs got bounced due to some reason. Because of which i received very very less no of leads, instead of getting really nice flow of leads in previous months. I thought next month flow of leads be okey if i pay next ecs. But, Today i got a call from account department (Farhan akhtar, introduced herself as account head) and told 1. I told because of april ecs bounce, i got very very low no. Of leads. Which was loss for me because of not paying ecs. 2. Now after 1 month, she is asking me to pay previous month due. I asked if i pay pending ecs amount, what about loss in no of leads i faced in last month. If i compensate my monthy ecs amount, will you compensate lost number of leads of previous month. Why not you informed me that time only pay the bounced ecs amount, i might have paid that time only, to receive all april leads. But now after loosing april leads she is calling me in month of may to clear the april due. Along with this she is talking very rude and using unprofessional words/statement which are as follows: 1. Aap 3500 k liye itna kyun bahas kr rahe ho 2. Apko samjh kyun nahi aa raha, tabse samjha rahi hoon 3. Ap 3500 de doge to kya ho jayega 4. Hum terms n condition me sab kuch kyun likhe, itna to common sense hona chahiye 5. Terms and condition me har baat thodi likhi jati hai 6. Aap terms n condition me kyun likhne bol rahe ho, 3500 k liye itni der se bahas kr rahe ho? Now my concern to you is: 1. Why should i pay, and incure of loss of 3500 if i have already lost april leads because of late call (After completion of month) from your side. 2. Why the staffs of branded company like jd are talkiing like this with their clients.
