[Resolved] JustDial.com — stop the pack | |||
I have subscribed my co's profile in just dial for business for 2 month contract. i have paid advance payment towards my 2 months subcription. as per the co's marketing person guidance i have paid for 2 month's subscription, he has told me that you have to subcribe for 2 month and if you are satisfied with our service then continue for further subcription through ecs mode of payment. so i have signed the contract and provided the bank details but i am not satisfied with services when i have query about this concern in customer care and marketing officer they directly told me he can't close the pack ecs will continue. Its quite a sorry state of affairs in Just Dial, when you register a complaint they dont respond. It is a negative approach which is impacting for good customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
