[Resolved] JustDial.com — want refund

Due to poor service i need refund from just dial but thrir executives mandgers are not telling m process and they also not doing anyghing i bought headeche to list my business with just dial third cleass service I hv listed my business with just dial to grow but i bought headeche as i made a mistake to list with justdial I made regular contract and banner contract with them firstly my regular contract put in wrong category which i didnt tell after a 3 weeks i manege to corrdct it but from d day i didnt got leads for business got only 2-3 leads which r fake or dummy they give m wrong no My banner contract - i made banner contract for more advertisement but they did a poor design even my banner didnt contain my contact no their executive manegers didnt try to solve problem after i send mang mails to them they corrected it but i got a lot of hedech so i dont want more difficulties and headech I m totaly unhappy and feeling cheated so i want to cancel and rsfund of my hard earned money but their customer care even not taking my complaint Was this information helpful?
