[Resolved] JustDial.com — Worst consumer care services ever | |||||
First of all i would like to say that this is the worst experience I ever had with any of the marketing company. A company likes your which is working at such large scale and having such worst customer support. I would like to brief you about my incident. I got my firm Deepak Bansal & Co., Delhi listed on your justdial through your executive Mr. Bhushan (Mb: [protected]) on[protected] and i made the payment of Rs. 3/- on the same day on request of your executive. They promised a list of services to be added including the Service of Chartered Accountant and collected all the required document from us. And also promised to get the account activated by next day. Now, after making the payment and giving all the documents i waited for the their response. But unfortunately did not receveid any response from your team for the next few days. Then i have to follow up and remind them again and again for activation of account. Then finally they just activated the account with half of the services as promised and also not including the Prime service of Chartered Accountant. When i got to knew of that i tried to follow up with your executive abut he was not available for few days. Then when finally i made contact with him after few days he promised to look into the matter and get all the things added as promised. Then after frequent reminders and calls to him, he after some days said that he had told his manager Mr. Prashant (Mb: [protected]) and he now cant do anything as his manager is not responding.And guided me to talk to him directly. Ok. Then I had to call Mr. Prashant and breif him about the case (of which he was already aware) and i told him to please look into the matter. He told me that he will look into the matter and will get back to me in a day. Then after waiting for few days and getting no response i had to remind him again and again and the response which i got everytime is that "I get back to you in 2 hours which never came till date. This is what happening for the last 1 months with your team, I am totally fed up with your team responses, that why i had write this mail to you today. So, now could you please help me in this matter on URGENT BASIS. Please stop all my ECS from today i..e 27-Aug-2018 with immediate effect. And please take a strict action against your so called customer support executive and manager. And also please refund the amount that i have paid to Justdial as i dont want to take your services and discontinue the same with immediate effect. If nothing happens similar to what is happening for the last one month then i am left with no option but to file a complaint and publish it on Social Media as well. Looking forward for a positive response from your team as early as possible and for strict action against the officials for fooling people. Was this information helpful? | |||||
