As per government policies, there had been lockdown all over the country and business (Gajanan decorators and florist) was shut from end of march i. E the start of our deal with just dial. We already requested the team to freeze our services at the earliest, still 5 payments have been deducted from us within a period of 3 months. (Double payments were deducted in march i. E 21st and 27th), april 6th, may 5th, june 5th. Kindly explain as why have these payments deducted when the conversation was clearly to transfer the payment or freeze the contract. We have been in contact with one of your executive mr. Pravin pahadiya[protected], and clearly he said the contract has been freezed and there will be no further deduction. Also we have been calling customer care regarding the cancellation of ecs as soon as possible still there is no response from the just dial team neither from your executive as it shows that the executive hasn't been responding nor answering calls to clear our queries. We need a refund for the same as our business is not listed amongst essential services so it had to be kept closed until government permitted us to officially open again which since the start had been conveyed to your executive and we were assured that no further payment will be deducted until we conveyed that our business has begun again. And multiple request were also made on mail to freeze the contract at the moment. Attached herewith are the snapshots of our conversation with your executive pravin and mails with just dial team.
