I gave Iphone 5 (white) and Samsung GTS6102 Duos Y for battery replacement and software-version update (communicated clearly with customer care)
Iphone whic hthey serviced and charged me some 1800 is still dissipating fast, looks like they have not changed the battery. Second, the technician for Samsung Y returned it as it is (I had a problem with my android version where I was not able to use my keypad) and he returned it in the same condition: no keypad working. And stil lthey charged me literally 300 for nothing.
I ended up paying like 1800+300 = 2100 for "NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING" . When I told this is bad, the delivery guy asked me to keep the receipt as I can refer it to a friend for a 16gb pendrive? SERIOUSLY FOR THIS [censored] SERVICE ?
Unfortunately I had given 3 phones in total (recommended by a friend) at once, and they still have my Iphone 5c (another one) with them. I dont have any high expectations and gentlemen are going to charge me again for doing "NOTHING " again. Was this information helpful? |
