I have requested for cancellation of subscription of Library service. On 2nd ?March got response that refund request is approved. Till date nothing is done. There is no answer to mail and phone call. They are cheating.

The customers were from 2016. The branch is in bengaluru. Please ask Ajith panigrahi the manager of that company and Take out their order is details, please take action on those customers

I had ordered for a repair. Since there was online payment, i did pre-payment. After waiting for one week, no one responded. I tried to reach them from all the sources but of no use. I have already paid 2213.0 via payu. How to get a refund of it?

I have requested for the mobile phone repair service from "justlikenew.in" on july 13th, 2019. I paid the amount using credit card. I did not receive payment confirmation so i requested again. This time i got the payment confirmation. Later on i found out on my credit card statement that the amount has been deducted twice.
For 2 days status of my repair request did not change, so i tried to contact customer care. But the phone number provided never rang. I mailed them and they replied that they could not provide the service as they are out of spare parts. They asked for my bank account details to refund the amount deducted, which i did. This was the last conversation through mail we had. Since then they are neither replying to mail nor updating about the status of the request. I mailed them again asking for the status but did not get any reply till now.
Please look into the matter and help provide a solution.

I had given my phone for screen replacement on 18th dec 2018. Order no.-276572.. Now the display is very dull and everything looked faded. The product looks very cheap and i am not at all satisfied with service. When i tried to talk to them they refused saying that's all what they can do. I had paid 2900/- but the screen looks like a duplicate one. I either need a replacement with a better screen or refund

Paid amount only and after few hours cancelled the order. Their website site is sluggish, didn't even generated the recipient for payment but it created multiple order requests, got confirmation from my bank that amount got deducted and from justlike payment gateway (Payumoney) as transaction successful. When called customer care they say no payment receipt exits, will check and confim me but no response from the company from past two weeks....

How the prices will more than miservice center?

Hello, i have submitted for a phone repair and after waiting for days i did not get any progress on status. Money was paid online and now when i cancelled the order, there has been no information about the refund. Have tried contacting customer support but no calls were answered. This is totally fraud and i am going with legal actions against the comapany as i am a lawyer.

Later i tried to call this number (Call[protected] which i got from justlikenew.in but not receiving at all, & tried to contact through mail still no reply

I have paid online for my mobile phone repair and no one called for picking up the mobile for even 5 days.

Now i cancelled the order and they are not giving my money back. When i am trying to reach customer service they are disconnecting the call continuosly. They have done this to many customers. They take money online but will not give any service.

No one answers the call in customer service and no one replied on email.

Please help me get back my money here.

Tried a lot to reach your landline number but in vain. They have a number which doesn't make any sense to publish on their website. My suggestion is better remove it when it never reaches them. They call a lot before i ship my phone then once its been shipped they either blocked my number or they being ignorant to my calls.

Coming back to my mobile's service they took several days to keep it idle and then seems easy for them to drop an email stating that they are6returning my phone even without a call. I trusted the company and shared my phone but i was wrong. A simple call to me would have changed my belief. Time that i spent hoping my phone would have repaired is wasted with an additional cost of rs 299. Had it been given to local service centre, by now would have used it. I salute their professionalism and rest assured they lost my trust on the company itself. I would prefer if things can be taken legally on the company, 'coz it's not me i believe there are several customers who are facing such fraudster company and charging rs 299 for no reason.

I submitted my iphone 6 plus which had water fallen on the screen.
Got the shock of my life with the way jln treated me and my phone the moment they picked up my phone for repair.
On being asked what is the summary of thier analysis post 3 days of pickup, they just made a statement that i cannot be repaired. On requesting them if i can talk to thier technical staff, they said they cannot permit that. With no visibility on what is happening to my open phone, i got a sms from jln that the phone is going to be shipped back. Whenever i call them it would go in some voice mail of an extension.

I request you all to try some other vendor for mobile repair as a nighmare experience i had with jln.

Hello team... I had a terrible experience with just like new in domlur, bangalore office. Initially we handed the motorola mobile set for fixing the physical damage and they returned with new lcd. But within couple of days, phone display went bad and couldn't use the phone for any purpose at all. Since the phone was in warranty, we handed the phone for repair. But your team returned the phone with poor quality lcd and argued stating its mentioned...

My mobile screen was broken, so I gave justlikenew.in to change it. They replace the screen with new screen. Here are the below problems I am facing from the first day:
1. Screen response has gone (I have to put too much pressure to get response ). Sensetive touch screen has gone.
2. Screen is dull (White screen shown as ash and cloudy). the brightness has gone. Looks like some old aged phone I am using.
3. A *dark shadow/ spot * is noticed in the screen.
4. around the screen there is kind of light coming out (Light is coming between screen and body) Looks like there is a crack between screen and body and light is coming from inside body.

I would request to refund for my repair, cause after repairing I am feeling so regrate to use the mobile. I mean that mobile is no more user-friendly, screen is dull, dark shadowed and touch does not work properly. Who want to use a mobile like that? I feel like I have been cheated with dublicate and cheap screen.

Am really pissed off with the company. I gave my samsung note 5 for repair on 4th dec and it's 13th today, i have been told 3-4 times that i will get the phone in next 1 or 2 days, and got the same answer today. They guys don't know what they are doing, no proper explanation.

Will i ever get my phone back? Last time i posted here they told me i will get it on that day, then i never recieved a call, next i called back, they say i will get it next day, today they say nexy day... What game u guys playnig.. Its end of my patience and i am not letting you guys make a fool of me anymore... You guys are forcing me to video review now.. Sorry

Just got a notification over email that the complaint has already been resolved but it is not.
I have given my wife's gionee s7 to replace the broken lcd to those scammers and they assured me very gently to get it repair within 7 days. Additionally they claims theirselves as gionee's authorized service centerr. Then i came up with the requested amount. Now they started giving me bunch of lies they your device has been dispatched and all.
When i got my mobile back i found main camera was removed by them (I have get this checked with a certified eng.) and prior to this it was working fine.
I have lost my hardly earned money but i would storngly recommed you to not to go with just like new.
They are just finding the the ways to make money by giving fake offers to customers.
I will suit criminal chargs to them. And till your device is with them they never respond you back or recive your calls over their toll free number/ you will not get any satisfactory response from them.
Now someone from them ask me order id for sure and mark this complaint as resolved
Please never trust on just like new.

I had sent my phone to justlikenew for a screen replacement. They replaced my screen and sent it back to me. Within a week o[censored]sing the phone, the screen cracked. Please note that there is absolutely no crack on the screen gaurd. When i initially called them to complain, their representative said - "we are sorry, sometimes there are so many phones to be repaired that this happens" she asked me to send back my phone. I did that and then after 7 days, they called me to tell me that they will not fix my phone as this is a physical damage. So what they are trying to tell me is that i dropped my phone! They are yet not giving me any explanation on a very basic fact - if i have dropped my phone, how can the screen gaurd not break and only the screen that they have replaced break! There is no possible explanation! They have cheated me! They made me pay 4100 for a sub standard screen replacement that broke within a week! This is atrocious!

Just like new people are the real #, they are just looting the money from the customers, even i gave my samsung j7 for screen replacement and they charged 5, 100/- for that and replaces with worst duplicate screen which will costs around 1500/- in the market. After receiving the mobile i've tried to cal them but they are not even receiving the calls... Worst experience i've ever had in my life. Please don't get cheated by these #.
