[Resolved] Justlikenew Technologies [JLNTPL] — Inefficient service and fraud

My order number is 4860357. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PHONE FOR REPAIR HERE! I gave my IPHONE 6 for screen and display repair on 8/11/2016. I initially for cash on delivery mode of payment. After PM Modi's anti-black money initiative, I did not have cash with me. I called the customer help service and informed them I'd like to pay online. They sent me a link which helped me to do the same. From Thursday till today, I have been =receiving calls from the delivery agency asking me to keep the money ready. I've informed this agency that I've already paid online and spoken to the Customer care service, but to no avail. They are withholding my phone even though I've paid the entire amount. I'm thinking of taking them to court now.
PATHETIC, HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING.
THIS IS ONE BIG FRAUD.

After sending them a warning letter, their employee Mr. Shreet Das personally delivered my phone. I've come to realize that it's not really JustLikeNew repairs's fault, but the fault lies in their outsourced delivery partner, Delhivery. My phone is perfectly fine and well repaied.

Fraud people .. just sue them .. they take your device for repair and they damage your device. I want my phone back in a working condition, else I will sue your company.
