i had recharged my phone BSNL - [protected] with INR 251 on December 12th. Though the transaction was successful recharge was not done. I had complained to the customer care service and they agreed that the transaction was successful but till now no action has been taken for this issue. Neither the phone was recharged nor i got the refund. Please look into this. Order number: BS06342012C4 Regards, Shwetha
