Address:Block 4, I4, Gujan's paripalana phase II, ajjanur road, Next to bharatiya vidya bhavan school, coimbatore 641007

On 1st of sep i recharged the above tata sky id thro JRI by hdfc netbanking for an amount of rs.2484/-. Susequently a direct recharge of rs.2484/- was done to tatasky. So the above recharge although successful was excess. So tata sky refunded the amount to JRI which JRI should return back to the customer.

Have written a lot of mails to both tata sky and JRI. Tata sky says they have already refunded the excess amount due to us and to take it from the dealer but JRI is not taking any action.

Please note i have taken up the matter with Tata sky and nothing has been done so far. Please refund me the excess recharge amount of rs.2484/-

    Dear respected,

    As per subject i have recharged my dish t. V line vc number [protected] with 819 rs on 04/09/2020 and money was deducted from my account. But till now service for rs 819 is not activated.
    Please reimburse rs, 819 to my account before further escalation.

    This is very sad that justrechargeit is taking advantage of a pandemic situation to en cash customers money. I have attached valid proofs to your study.

      I am trying to recharge my mobile no.[protected] (Vodaphone) through net banking but each time it is saying your no. Has been blocked and directed to lodge complain at [protected]@justrechargeit.com for unlock. It is requested to unlock my no. Show that i can rechage it easily.

              Hi Team,
              With reference to order number DT[protected], I have recharged for 329 rs to sun direct DTH. The amount got deducted but not got recharged. I got declined mail confirmation, please check and refund it asap.

                  I made a transaction a day before yesterday on 7 feb at 8:35am. It was an unsuccessful transaction and refund my money of 45 to the jri card. There was an option to refund the money to the bank account then i clicked it so that i will have my money in the bank later but it didn't work. When i clicked the refund button then it showed refunded but my money is not credited yet to my bank account. Now it's been 2 days and i had complained about it but no action is taken yet.

                    Today i made transaction of 45 rupees from ki it was a unsuccessful transaction but my deducted and went to jri card. There was a option of refund to bank then i clicked it and it showed refunded but i didn't get my money back or i can say it is not credited yet to my bank. It's reference id is #igaiaxwss6. I don't receive my money back yet. Please check my problem.

                        I have recharged my bsnl number yesterday. The money got debited from my sbi bank account but the recharge is showing unsuccessful. I tried writing to the jri helpdesk but they aren't providing ke enough information. They told that the money will be added back to my jri card but there is no refund. I really have a trust issue with this company now, it's really frustrating. Give me my money back as soon as possible. I'll mail you my order id if needed.

                        I have recharged my Airtel number today. The money got debited from my PNB bank account but the recharge is showing unsuccessful. I tried writing to the JRI helpdesk but they aren't providing ke enough information. Give me my money back as soon as possible.
                        I recharge 1699 RS for the bsnl no [protected] on 9th October but that plan is not exist. So the amount is credited to jri card. So I want claim my amount for that I enter to my account but my account is blocked. So many times I complaint in the concern website there is no responsible. So take my complaint.

I have recharged to sun direct 259/- but not received to my sun direct acc and not received back my bank acc too. I think this is fraud site. I seen many complaints in this site. Im going to file a case against this just recharge it site. This site making fools everyone. So im posting this in my facebook and whatsapp groups. If i not get my money back.

                                I saw this kind of sites in online last 3monts and i found 2 sites same as it is. I raised complaint about 2 sites and i got complaint number they blocked 2 sites and enquiry started..

The amount deducted from my sbi bank account rs 149/- is not refunded till today (31/10/2018) therefore you are requested to kindly refund the aforesaid amount at earliest.                                       Sir my name is vasant g kadam, i am regular user of justrechargeit company, i have been submitted complaint 3 times, regarding not crediting my dth recharge amount. There is no action taken since 15 days. Please help me out of this matter and urge the company to look into the matter as fast as possible.
                                      I have been recharged my dth account, for 6 months of recharge, my money has been cut from bank account but the money has not been transferred to tata sky account. Please look into the matter.
