[Resolved] JustRechargeIt — Dth, balance has been deducted while recharge not done

I have recharged my vediocon DTH ammount of rs 275 on 23 sep 01:34 AM while it is still showing as IN PROCESS status and when i have marked an email to just rechare helpdesk thhey replied please wait an hour to get status uodate.
its been one day over but still there is no resolution and also there is no conact numer on the website.

Please look into this matter.
