[Resolved]  JustRechargeIt — payment for new dth connection diverted to another customer

I paid for new dth connection but the fund was deducted and diverted to recharging dth account of another customer.

I need full refund of my money along with apology letter from ceo of this company.

This company is fraud which has hardcoded vc number whenever you try to purchase new dth connection from dish tv.

This site should be banned to provide any service in india due to this fraud transactions.

I would appreciate to have a customer care or helpdesk number from this portal as well as any communication to customer whenever any transaction is completed through its portal.

Amount rs 1254 debited by bank but payment not received by dishtv merchant while transaction done through just recharge it & seq no.[protected] & why is it happen explain reason & short out these problem as soon as possible
