Dear team.. I have do the recharge as on 19 july 2016. But still recharge not successful from your side.. And amount already deducted from my credit card a/c. So kindly refounding my amount as soon as possible..
Kindly check the subscriber id you have entered. It appears to be a wrong subscriber id. Kindly login to your account and edit the DTH number and try to recharge again.
Money debited from your account is safe in your JRI Card. You can utilize this money to recharge again.
If you wish to get the money refunded into your bank account, please click on Refund to Bank option. Rest assured the amount would reflect into your account as per the bank's procedure within 5-7 business working days.
