Today i recharge for the amount 348 rs (Docomo service) for the number [protected]
Which is unlimited pack. Plans choosen from just recharge it browse plans
Order number ms[protected]
Issues i frequently face:
Never works recharge on prepaid
I lost my amount - infact amount was not added back for all my failed transactions
Unable reach all toll free numbers
None of the below numbers are working which are available in just recharge it

We have checked the given Order number and found that your transaction was declined by the service provider because of the “Technical Error”. The issue has been rectified now and you can recharge at your convenient time.
Money charged to your account is safe in your JRI Card. You can utilize this money to recharge again. Please check the valid top-up/recharge amount with your service provider and recharge again.
If you wish to get the money refunded into your bank account, please visit the JRI Card panel into your My Account section and click on Refund to Bank option. Rest assured the amount would reflect into your account as per the bank's procedure within 5-7 business working days.
