JustShoppingDeals.com — Phone Not Supplied Inspite of Full Advance Payment

I booked one iphone on "justshoppingdeals.com" and paid 11830.35, I was told that phone will reach in 4 to 5 days. It never came. Now, the website says they have closed business! There are thousands of people who paid them money but got no products. What should I do to get my money back!
